• Salesforce records
• Query results
• Test results
• Salesforce credentials
• Salesforce org data

Your Salesforce data remains between your machine and Salesforce.

Information We Collect

We may collect:

• Email address
• Account information
• Subscription and billing information
• Website and dashboard usage information
• Technical information such as IP address, browser type, and device information

Payment information is processed by Stripe and is not stored directly by Nebulity.

How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Provide and operate LATdx
• Authenticate accounts
• Process subscriptions and payments
• Provide customer support
• Improve our services
• Maintain security and prevent abuse
• Communicate with users about their accounts and subscriptions

Service Providers

We use third-party providers that help us operate LATdx, including:

• Supabase
• Stripe
• Resend
• Crisp
